Osteopathy is a hands-on therapy that highlights the connection between the body's structure and function. It is based on the principle that the body has the innate ability to heal and regulate itself. As a result, Manual Osteopathic Practitioners view themselves not as healers, but as guides who support the body’s natural healing process. Osteopathy aims to enhance the health of the joints and muscles through non-invasive manual techniques, helping to fortify the body’s framework and serving as a complementary treatment alongside traditional medicine.
